Creative Arts - Acknowledgement of Country
Year 5 classes have been learning about Indigenous peoples' respect and care for country and community. We have also learnt about the vital role these factors play in creating supportive classrooms and learning environments.
On this learning journey, each class has been inspired to create an acknowledgement of country to formally acknowledge and honour the Darug people, the traditional custodians of the land in which all Westmead Public School students play, learn, grow and thrive. Take a look at our class creations!
