Backflips Against Bullying

This week children from Year 3 to Year 6 participated in an incursion with Action Education, who presented their Backflips Against Bullying program.

 The show used Acrobatics and Parkour to engage students in the anti-bullying program. The program is targeted at primary school children and focuses on showing the kids how they can help make a positive difference in their school.

The primary topics of the program were:

·         Empowering The Bystander

·         Exit Strategies for the Victim

·         Deliberate Social Exclusion

·         The Consequences of Retaliation

·         Whole-School Action

Students had a great time!
